A talk on “Unmasking Food Frauds and the Chemistry of Cooking” was delivered by Ms. Manjita Porob (Associate Professor in Chemistry, Parvatibai Chowgule College, Margao) at Bhatikar Model High School for the students of class IX on 11.01.2025. It was a part of the lecture series in Vidnyan Dhara organised by Goa State of Higher Education Council and Directorate of Higher Education, Goa. We appreciate and support this initiative taken.
