The XVI Annual All Goa Ratnakar Bhatikar Memorial Quiz was hosted by Quiz Master Savio Suraj Victoria, teacher of Bhatikar Model High School on 30 August 2019. The winning team was Vidya Vikas Academy. The 1st runner up team was Ravindra Kelekar’s Dyanmandir and the 2nd runner’s up team was Almeida High School. Congratulations to the winners.
